How do I remove Orphaned files from my remote site (webserver)?
The workflow for Dreamweaver has always been to clean up the local copy of your site, then synchronise your Local and Server sites - in the synchronization options in Dreamweaver you specify that you want to delete those files on the server that are no longer part of your local copy of the site. This way Dreamweaver "cleans" up the server for you.
Note the check box above - "Delete remote files not on local drive".
